Welcome to Flirmi

Flirmi connects adults through events, shared interests, mutual matches, conversations, and shared plans. Creator profiles also offer eligible services, photo requests, and sponsorships. The operator’s details are in the Imprint.

Use your own identity and keep your account details accurate. Protect your sign-in credentials and contact us if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

Respect the people you meet

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, discriminate against, exploit, or deceive another person. Do not share illegal material, someone else’s private information, or content you do not have permission to use. Respect other people’s boundaries and intellectual property.

You remain responsible for the content you publish and the events or offers you organize. A profile, match, or shared event is not a guarantee about another person’s identity, intentions, or conduct.

Events and connections

Choose your event visibility and discovery settings deliberately. Matching requires mutual interest. Attending the same event does not authorize someone to contact you or use your content.

Event organizers are responsible for the information they publish and for managing their gatherings. A decision to meet in person is yours. Review the venue and event details and take the precautions that suit your circumstances.

Creator offers

Read the description, price, license, billing terms, and cancellation information attached to an offer before confirming it. A photo purchase grants the stated license; it does not transfer copyright or authorize redistribution beyond that license. Creators can decline requests.

The individual offer identifies the contracting parties and applicable commercial terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Safety and account decisions

Use block and report controls or contact the team when something is wrong. Content or accounts that breach the applicable rules may be restricted or removed. You can contact the team to question a moderation decision.

You can request account deletion and exercise your data rights using the contact details in the Privacy Policy. Legal retention requirements may apply to particular records.

Contact hello@flirmi.com about these terms. German law applies, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
